Eivind Reiten is a former Petroleum & Energy Minister of Norway.

He is currently advising the Norwegian and other governments regarding energy-related issues. Mr. Reiten is the Chairman of Kongsberg Gruppen ASA, was the CEO of Norsk Hydro and is the current Chairman and/or board member of European companies including Norske Skog ASA, AGR Group ASA and Stena AB. He was also a board member of Bank of Norway from 1991–1994.

Mr. Reiten brings extensive industrial experience to SICP as its Chairman and Founding Partner.

Jonas Jonhede co-manages SICP’s investment strategy, origination and portfolio.

He has developed a successful track record of value creation in both private and public companies over the past 20 years as an investor, senior executive and board member. His investment and operational track record spans Europe, Americas, the Middle East and Africa. Prior to co-founding SICP, Mr Jonhede was responsible for managing energy and industrial investment funds at two leading investment funds in London.

Mr. Jonhede was a Captain, Royal Swedish Navy and holds a BA (Hons.) in Finance, cum laude from Richmond University.

Duncan Clerkin oversees finance, operations, administration and compliance at SICP.

He was formerly CFO and Partner of private and listed investment vehicles within Electra Partners Group, Head of Risk & Compliance for Pangea LNG B.V., a multi-billion dollar LNG joint venture in US, Middle East and East Africa backed by DSME Korea and has gained specialised operational and financial management experience at a number of bulge bracket investment banks including Deutsche Bank, Macquarie and UBS.

Mr. Clerkin is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, holds an MSc in Professional Accountancy from UCL, University of London and a BA (Hons.) Economics, Essex University.

Grant Jenkins is a member of SICP’s investment team. He was formerly an analyst at UBS in the UK.

Mr. Jenkins holds a B.Sc (Hons.) in Economics and Finance from the University of Exeter, an M.Sc in Professional Accountancy from the University of London at the academic direction of UCL School of Management. He is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the UK and the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments.

James Hall is a member of SICP’s investment team. He was formerly a Research Analyst at BCE Consulting, a global management consulting firm headquartered in Menlo Park, CA.

Mr. Hall holds a MEng (Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London.

Shirley Lin, is a member of SICP’s operations team. She was formerly a Manager at KPMG (Taiwan). She has over 10-year experience in audit and accounting for various industries.

Ms. Lin holds a BBA (Hons.) in Accounting from the National Taiwan University and has just completed her MBA from Imperial College Business School in London.

Benjamin Hubbard has been working with SICP’s investment team since its formation in 2013.

He is a petroleum engineer with experience in deep water and land-based drilling, reservoir management, production engineering and contract negotiation throughout the value chain. Previous and current roles include Drilling Engineer, COO of a Latin American E&P company and Director of land drilling businesses.

Mr. Hubbard holds a MSc in Engineering and Technology Management and a BSc Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Colorado School of Mines. He is a certified professional engineer, registered with the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Joel Leeson provides unique industry experience to SICP having built his family business “Leeson Polyurethanes”, a specialist manufacturer of polyurethane adhesives, coatings and binders for over two decades. The company was later sold to a US Chemicals business in 2020.

Mr. Leeson has worked in the chemicals industry across multiple decades. Formerly General Manager and Managing Director of his family business. Leeson Polyurethanes won the Queen’s Award twice for international trade in 2007 and 2019. In 2019, Mr. Leeson was nominated by Lloyds Bank National Business Awards Inflexion for the Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.

Mr. Leeson completed his undergraduate degree in Chemistry at Imperial College London and holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.
